Agreement to Terms

) apply to all Book Writing, Publishing, and Marketing services provided by Elite Book Publishings (Company

) through https://elitebookpublishings.com/. By purchasing or using our services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms.
Copyrights
Upon final delivery and approval, you receive full copyright ownership to the final content we create for you, in accordance with the agreed scope. Elite Book Publishings retains no rights to the approved final work. You may use the final deliverables without restriction.
Payment
- All services require 100% upfront payment, inclusive of applicable taxes.
- Payments must be made directly by the client. Third‑party financing requires our prior written consent.
Revisions
We aim for your complete satisfaction and allow multiple revisions within the timelines below:
- Submit revision requests within 7 calendar days after final delivery.
- In unique cases, we may extend the window to 14 days at our discretion.
Revision turnaround times
- Projects requiring 24‑hour urgency → Revisions within 24 hours.
- Projects requiring 24–48 hours urgency → Revisions within 48 hours.
- Projects requiring more than 48 hours urgency → Revisions within 72 hours.
Project Requirements
We discuss project requirements with clients prior to initiation. Any disputes or changes must follow the mutually agreed terms established at project start.
Refund Policy
Refunds are available only as outlined below. By purchasing our services, you acknowledge and agree that a change of mind is not eligible for a refund.
- Change of Mind: No refunds once payment is confirmed.
- Before Manuscript Submission: Full refund minus transaction fees (USD $150 or 10% of purchase price, whichever is lower).
- After Manuscript Submission but Before Design Work Begins: 75% of purchase price.
- After Design Work Begins but Before Final Approval: 50% of purchase price.
- After Final Approval of the Work: No refund.
- Dissatisfaction with Services: Submit a refund request within 7 calendar days of project completion. Eligibility will be assessed based on services rendered and after our multiple‑revision policy has been applied. If no request is submitted within 7 days, the project is deemed satisfactory and complete.
- Time Limit: No refund requests are accepted more than 90 calendar days after purchase.
For clarity, design work includes but is not limited to formatting, editing, image arrangement, corrections, resizing, and other pre‑production activities.
Terms of Use
- The website content describes services offered by Elite Book Publishings and does not constitute professional guarantees, certifications, or warranties beyond those expressly stated.
- We are not liable for errors, delays, interruptions, losses, or damages arising from use of the website or services.
- You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Elite Book Publishings and its affiliates from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from (a) your access to or use of the website or services; (b) your violation of these Terms; or (c) your violation of any third‑party rights, including intellectual property, publicity, confidentiality, property, or privacy rights.
- These Terms do not create a partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship between the Company and any client.
